Poon Choi (also spelled Pun Choy) is a traditional Cantonese dish that dates back hundreds of years. - White radish 100g (cut into chunks)
- Broccoli 50g
- Shiitake mushrooms 100g
- Shrimp 200g
- Fried Tofu 150g
- Meatballs 150g
- Pearl bead 100g
- Chicken stock (homemade or store-bought) 1 litre

1Chop the Chinese cabbage and cut the white radish into chunks.

2Arrange the cabbage at the bottom of the steaming dish, followed by the radish.

3Neatly layer the mushrooms, broccoli, tofu, shrimp, meatballs, and pearl beads on top, arranging them nicely for presentation.
