Competition Period 2.1. The competition commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 6 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 20 October 2026 ("Competition Period"). 2.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility 3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who meet all entry requirements during the Competition Period. 3.2. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, participating suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable proof of age, residency or identity.

How to Enter 4.1. To enter, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period: a) Follow @lecreusetanz on Instagram; b) Subscribe to the Le Creuset Newsletter and c) Tag a friend and comment with their favourite Star Trek character on the competition post. 4.2. The Instagram account used to enter must be set to public if required by the Promoter to verify the entry. 4.3. Entrants must complete all entry requirements to be eligible. 4.4. Each eligible entrant may submit multiple entries during the Competition Period. Each additional tag/comment constitutes an additional entry. 4.5. Entries must be original and must not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise inappropriate. 4.6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate.

Prizes 5.1. One (1) winner will receive the following Le Creuset Star Trek Collection: One (1) Star Trek Collection Enterprise Round Casserole with Starfleet Delta Knob; One (1) Star Trek Collection Spock Mug; One (1) Star Trek Collection Balok Mini Cocotte; and One (1) Star Trek Collection Live Long and Prosper™ Spoon Rest. 5.2. The total prize value is AUD $985. 5.3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other product. 5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. 5.5. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner within Australia.

Winner Selection 6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 6.2. The draw will take place on 21 October 2026. 6.3. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result, subject to any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Winner Notification 7.1. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and/or email using the contact details provided by the winner when entering. 7.2. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. 7.3. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner. 7.4. The winner must meet advertised required criteria. 7.5. The replacement winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and/or email.

Publication of Winner 8.1. The Promoter may publish the winner's first name and/or Instagram handle on its social media channels and/or website, subject to applicable privacy laws. 8.2. By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their first name and Instagram handle for the purpose of announcing the competition winner, where applicable.

If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or recommence the competition, subject to any applicable laws and regulatory requirements. 11.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights that an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. 11.6. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
