- 6 thick slices sourdough
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Salt
- Pepper
- oil
- 250g streaky bacon
- 45ml maple syrup

Method

1Season the eggs well with salt and pepper.

2Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture, flipping them over after 2 minutes.

3Heat a 28cm Le Creuset Toughened Non Stick deep frying pan to a medium heat and cook the soaked bread until golden brown.

4Place the bacon on a baking slide and drizzle with the maple syrup.

5Grill until golden and sticky and serve with French toast.
