Le Creuset “Share Your Story” Competition — Terms & Conditions (Australia & New Zealand)
  1. The Le Creuset “Share Your Story” Competition is conducted by Le Creuset Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 87 142 378 327). Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter. All times listed in these Terms & Conditions are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
  2. Competition Period The competition opens on 22 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 9 November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. How to Enter To enter Participants must share their Le Creuset story in response to the official competition post on Instagram, following the instructions provided in the caption. One entry per person is permitted.
  4. Game of Skill This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality as determined by Le Creuset Australia at its sole discretion.
  5. Prizes A total of three (3) winners will each receive one Le Creuset 24cm Flamme Dorée Casserole. No cash or alternative prize will be offered. The prize will be shipped to a valid Australian or New Zealand delivery address provided by the winner.
  6. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within five (5) business days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Content Use & Permissions By entering, participants grant Le Creuset Australia a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to request permission to repost or feature their submitted story, name, and/or photo on Le Creuset Australia’s Instagram channels. Le Creuset Australia will contact entrants directly to request confirmation before any content is reposted. Entrants warrant that their content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  8. Privacy Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Le Creuset Australia Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lecreuset.com.au/privacy-policy
  9. Liability & Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. Entrants release Instagram and the Promoter from any liability arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
